Multisport Blogs, Forums and Webzines

Forums, communities and online magazines about multisport and triathlon issues.

GordoWorld ★★★★★

GordoWorld

This is the online home of Gordo Byrn. For those who don't know Gordo, he trained himself into the pro tri world and along the way started up the Tri Forum, Epic Camps and coaching.

When Gordo first started on the web, he wrote a series of articles that are archive in his gtips section, and there are some great tips in there on training and racing.

Cyclingnews ★★★★★

Cyclingnews

Cyclingnews is one of the few sites that I visit every day. Back when I wasn't training, it was the only sports site that I visited, mostly so I could live vicariously thru the lives of the pros.

Live race coverage, team news and interviews, and some great photos (even some of mine!).

BeginnerTriathlete.com - Triathlon Training for Beginners ★★★★

BeginnerTriathlete.com - Triathlon Training for Beginners

Beginner Triathlete looks to be a great tri resources, complete with articles, a free online training log and a busy forum among other things.

The article area has a tonne of training info and beginners articles.

Total Immersion Swimming ★★★★

Total Immersion Swimming

So I bought the original book, but it didn't come with a forum or videos; the website does!

The Total Immersion website is pretty chock full of swimming info, so if you are looking for tips, advice, support, a few years of articles in their online magazine and some videos, this is a site to visit.

xtri.com ★★★★

xtri.com

Simply a great place to go and read about multisport pros, age groupers, race reports, tips and advice. A complete site about triathlon and multisport in general, and one of the longest running websites on the topic.

PezCycling News ★★★★

PezCycling News

Pezcyclingnews - Hmm... While you may describe Cyclingnews as the news section of the Sunday paper, Pezcyclingnews is like all of those cool extra sections that you want to read. Lots of great bits from pros, almost-pros and of course some news to boot. Don't miss the interviews and Toolbox Training!

I have to hand it to them, they are a real complement to that other cyclingnews website and I do like to read them both, myself.

Slowtwitch.com ★★★

Slowtwitch.com

Slowtwitch.com has been around for as long as I can remember. It has an active forum, some fresh material and lots of older stuff. It also boasts a large set of pro athlete interviews.

Inside Triathlon - The Multisport Life ★★★

Inside Triathlon - The Multisport Life

I remember when I was right into all things tri back in 2001 I couldn't wait for the latest issue of inside tri.

Their website has content split into an insider level and a normal public access level, so there is some good content to be had even if you don't subscribe. Be sure to click around!!

Matthew Petro ★★

Matthew Petro

A weblog about Matthew Petro, and aspiring triathlete who would like to reach the elite level. His website started the same month as Centripedal, and that alone is rather cool. Lets hope both sites grow in the years to come, and that one day I can list him in the pro triathlete's category!
