What It Takes - The Trailer

So, you're having trouble getting out of the bed, putting on the running shoes and hitting the trail? Well, this video may help you get your butt in gear.

I think I'm a little late to this party - been outta touch with the tri news and stuff for a while now.

Anyways, they're making a movie about Ironman Hawaii called What is Takes. The movie features Peter Reid, Lori Bowden, Luke Bell and Heather Fuhr. It tracks them for a whole year up until the 2005 Hawaii Ironman.

Here's a link to the opening scene; I find it inspiring enough to want to go out and run despite having trashed my legs in the gym earlier today.

File this one away for sometime later this week when I don't feel like running...

Here's a second trailer; in it, the classic body painted Lori Bowden poster sits behind John Duke's desk. Does it make me a tri geek that I know that?
