I think this should make the TdF even more exciting from a racing standpoint (even more unpredictable), even if it is depressing from a fans standpoint to see this happen.

I've read here and there that dreaming happens only during REM. I do not know if it is that REM has a particular kind of dreams that other phases do not share, but I do not need no scientist to tell me that dreams are not exclusive to REM: personal experience is for me more authoritative than any other thing.

I dream each morning when I take the 5 min micro-nap in the subway, I dream when I sleep during the 2 min that my computer takes to do a render, and I even dream at times when I am not even asleep per se and retain part of the consciousness.

Stop the myth.

Hey Trond, thanks! I have some thoughts that I'm pulling together, but my wife wasn't satisfied with this list and downloaded some more papers for me to read :-).

Once I get thru those, I'll post some results.

I have been trying some things over the last couple of weeks that work for me, and that's one of the main points to take away - a lot of these ideas have to be adapted to you and your lifestyle. Anyways, I will post more!
